Spa Services
We recommend that appointments be made at least 3 days in advance by calling 302-994-1996 or using our online booking service. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you an opportunity to relax and fill out the consultation form before your treatment. If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, we graciously request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you are requesting a massage, please take a shower and remove all jewelry prior to coming in for your appointment. To preserve the spa experience and environment, we respectfully request that you leave all electronic devises turned off. Please note that some spa services may not be suitable if you have health issues or are pregnant. We recommend that you consult your physician and/ or discus with the All About Me staff at the time of booking. We are here to help you make appropriate choices. Each massage is tailored to the individual client's particular requests but generally is full body with attention given to areas of concern. Therapist will use light to deep pressure, depending on client preference. Scalp and facial massage also available upon request for 30 or 60 minutes. This is beneficial for clients suffering from seasonal allergies, chronic headaches/migraines, TMJ or just in need of healing touch. Benefits of massage include: • relaxation • increased blood and lymph circulation • enhanced mood • decrease in muscle tension • increase in soft tissue flexibility • stress reduction • lower blood pressure • immune system strengthening It is also important to communicate any health concerns during the consultation. We recommend the age of 18 years or older for our spa services.
